Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Kaylotus, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made products  Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to assist with size exchanges and damaged or defective items under the conditions outlined below.

1. Size Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size (if available).

Eligibility & Process:

✔ Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
✔ Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
✔ Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit to use on any other item.

🚚 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by our Customer Support team.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We strive for excellence, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to make it right.

Reporting a Damaged/Defective Item:

✔ Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Contact us at Kaylotus369@gmail.com with a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Resolution:

✅ If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
✅ If the exact item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for a future purchase.
🚫 No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items; only replacements or store credit are available.

3. Order Cancellations & Customer Responsibility

  • All sales are final once production begins; we cannot cancel or modify orders after they are placed.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts, product descriptions, and personalization details before placing an order.
